Scope of Works

Two Roof Types, One Standard

This property was reroofed in interlocking slate over a Permavent membrane. A companion property on the same programme was reroofed in concrete interlocking tiles over a Cromar Vent3 membrane. Different coverings, different substrates, the same sequence and the same standard of workmanship — stripped, inspected, underlaid, battened to gauge, and laid true.
